Return Policy for Online Orders
Despite our cuts, finishes and high-end adjustments based on your size, we are aware that buying a dress without trying it first is can sometimes be tricky. In order to fully satisfy your needs, we have developed an advantageous return policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your 100% order, you can exchange it or obtain credit if:
- Your item is in stock at the time of your order;
- Your item is not on sale;
- Your item is in perfect condition and has not been tampered with. Any costs associated with the refurbishment (retouching, cleaning, etc.) of a returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If this is the case, you can return your order, including all the labels stuck at the original place, carefully protected in its garment bag.
- For an exchange: contact us by email within 7 days following the reception of your order. We will give you a return authorization number. Do not forget to tell us the model you want in exchange with its size, color and the desired delivery date.
- For a credit: proceed in the same way as for an exchange, but by telling us that you want to order later. We will send you a store credit with the right amount.
